It thrives in bright, indirect light, but can tolerate lower light levels
They like warm, humid conditions so mist regularly or place on a tray of moist pebbles
Avoid draughts and heating vents or radiators
Water when the top inch of soil starts to feel dry and be careful not to overwater as this can lead to root rot
Feed with a liquid fertiliser once a month in the growing season
Prune to maintain shape and remove and dead, yellowing or leggy stems
Can be placed on a shelf, table or in a hanging basket
