Info Desk Administrator
About the role
We are looking for a friendly and dedicated individual to become part of our Knights team as an Info Desk Administrator. You will be the first point of contact for all customers entering our garden centre site, answer phone calls, and support with customer queries. The ability to assist with creating engaging signage around the centre, and supporting with sales when needed is also a requirement of the role.
Skills and Experience Required
Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel proficiency required. Administrator experience, and customer service experience preferable.
Role Type
22.5 hrs per week, part-time. Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday schedule.
