Head Chef

Here at Knights we have the Walled Garden restaurant at Nags Hall, and the Plant House coffee shop at Betchworth.

Our award winning coffee shop and restaurant offer a positive work-life balance with day shifts and alternate weekend working, in a friendly and fast paced environment. We provide training and support to our staff, allowing them to develop knowledge and skills in all areas of catering. All staff receive free food and drink, company discount across our garden centres, free parking, company pension, tips. Whilst you will be predominantly based at one site, all staff may be required to work at either centre.

We are looking for a driven Head Chef to join the team at each site.

As head chef you will be managing the kitchen service to ensure high standards, preparing hot and cold meals, sandwiches and pastries, maintaining food safety standards in line with regulations, responsible for cleaning and organisation of the kitchen.
