Here at Knights we have the Walled Garden restaurant and Potting Shed coffee shop at Nags Hall, and the Plant House coffee shop at Betchworth.

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking talented and passionate individuals with a background working in coffee shops and restaurants.

The ideal candidates will be able to work as part of a team, have strong attention to detail, have a passion for food and customer service, be willing to learn and grow, and bring new ideas and skills to increase productivity.

Whilst you will be predominantly based at one site, all staff may be required to work at either centre.

About the role

As a Pot Wash you will be in charge of cleaning utensils, crockery and cutlery throughout service, ensuring kitchen stations and floors remain clean and tidy, as well as wiping down tables, chairs and floors

Skills and Experience Required

• Proven experience as a Pot Wash in a commercial catering setting
• Understanding of food safety regulations
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills to work collaboratively with team members
• Must be able to commute to both our Betchworth and Nags Hall centres

Hours

Part Time position, with alternate weekend working. Whilst you will be predominantly based at one site, you may be required to work at either centre
